HARVESTING

We are a fully USDA inspected harvest to processing facility with a comprehensive  HACCP plan and several HACCP certified team members. We take pride in the humane treatment of your animals from the time they arrive at our facility to the moment they're shipped to your doorstep.

PROCESSING

We are committed to being the best Wagyu processors in America. Our staff has been trained by a fourth Generation Wagyu butcher. This extensive training allows us to provide cuts that many other processors won't. If you can dream it or eat it, we can cut it.

PACKAGING

Our rollstock machine offers innovative vacuum seal technology, maintaining a fresher product for two times longer than butcher paper wrapping, while also protecting from freezer burns and bleeding of meat into the packaging. The cleaner squared packaging not only offers a more appealing look, but allows you to better utilize freezer space.

CO-PACKING

We offer co-packaging for farmers and ranchers that are looking for specialized packaging and labeling for resale of products. We use the latest technology, rollstock, to ensure a fresher, cleaner looking product, that lasts two times longer than traditional packaging methods.
